Return Policy

At Pandavas & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@pandavas.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Pandavas & Co. is not responsible for lost return shipments.
